What’s with Chris!?

I had a meeting last week with my buddy Chris – a wild and crazy guy for sure!  You may know him too…  …as the Fude dude. He’s the owner of the fabulously delicious and just as crazy Fude restaurant in the Village. Our meeting was at the restaurant, mid afternoon.

We talked for an hour or so as the staff was preparing to gt things open for the evening.  Then we were done, and he decided to  make me dinner – to go!  What a treat.  BBQ bison or was it elk (?), ribs OMG amazing. I have to do this because I know you will love everything on the menu- go to Fude for dinner. Chris is definitely crazy – if you sign up to the VIP club you can get all sorts of deals – free appetizers, entrees etc. I don’ t how he does it but over the last week I got several emails with special coupons for free this or free that. So not only great “fude ” but a super deal too. And don’t we all love a deal. hehehe!

Thanks Chris! You are more than a fude dude, you’re a gourmet god!!!
