This week I discovered a most phenomenal location for infrared photography. It’s so secluded you wouldn’t even know there was a location there! On the day that I was shooting there were no clouds – not the best for IR but I think I made the best of it. What do you think?Continue Reading
Major Overhaul Coming
I’m making some huge changes here in the next week or so. It’s very possible that this page will no longer work. The upgrades to my website and the blog will be massive, so if things are broken or missing please let me know. Hopefully it will be temporary but some posts maybe lost forever. I probably won’t worry about old old archives disappearing – they are so out of date anyway. hahaha!
But the new and improved site will be amazing – with Featured Photographers, Photo Contests, Guest writers – on a modern fast platform, I can’t wait. 🙂 I hope you like it better too. After all, this post’s for you!

My Fireworks Party

And just like my American friends, we celebrate with street parties, bonfires, get togethers with friends and family, and of course FIREWORKS. So I decided to have a fireworks party to celebrate the greatest country in the world. Continue Reading
Woodpecker Diner
Over the years, I’ve noticed strange symmetrical patterns carved out of the willow trees around my property. I have always wondered how and who made them, and why. They are very regular, and quite perfect, like a grid carved out of the bark of the tree. Today I think I solved the mystery! Continue Reading
