Water of Wheat?

I made this abstract for the waiting room of an office.

I liked it because when you  view it from the entrance of the room, it’s hard to tell if it’s the shore of a lake or a field of grass, wheat, crop etc.

What do you think – is it the waves rushing back out to the horizon, or is it a windblown field of some prairie crop?
