My house “in the sticks” is the home to more than 7 bird nests! A few get reused every year, but I don’t know enough about bird behaviour to know if it’s the same pair each year returning or if they are merely “squatters” inhabiting the last year’s nests.

Ok, everyone in Winnipeg is talking about the return of the Jets. It’s a monumental moment for this city! Our romance with the NHL and our beloved Jets never waned. Our on again off again affair with the NHL is hot hot hot again.

Cloudy Day Solutions
The long weekend was a typical one – rainy and cloudy. I think there’s only been one long weekend with perfect weather that I can remember and that was last year!
