Well, I really have no words that can explain the feeling hiking up here. It is a wonder of nature, this canyon. Not as heartstopping as the Bugaboos for me, but still a mind blowing experience. It reminds me of the first trip I took as an adult (! LOL) to Alberta, and stopped in to see the Badlands at Drumheller – I simply can’t believe this is a nature-made landscape!!
Looking over that light brown rock mid-frame is a skinny canyon that looks a thousand feet deep. When I finally got to the top of the rim, the skinny had given way to the vast – Zion Canyon. It’s a tremendous prehistoric glacial valley. I’ll post that one too, don’t worry 🙂
But there are just so many crazy views along the way…
